Prior to founding ChungEpstein, I spent considerable time developing in-house product, design, and user research teams and design culture at BenchSci, Top Hat, Trilogy Development Group, Demandtec, and Cast Iron Systems in addition to co-founding his own startup, IThority.
ChungEpstein applies both design and product strategy expertise to to help early stage companies and enterprise clients set up or optimize design research and product functions, improve the usability of complex products, and manage user-facing features.
We generally work on an embedded and not an agency model – more like a fractional director or IC. We do this because product success ties deeply to follow thru and agility. Its difficult to be adapatable when your business model revolves around fixed deliverables.
